TOOLS YOU'LL NEED
- Blender
PREP AHEAD
- Peel and Wash Tomatillos
- Wash cilantro
- Roughly Chop Chiles
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tomatillos
- 1/4 Onion
- Small Bunch of Cilantro
- 2 chile serranos or 1 jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS
- •Peel the tomatillos and wash them
- Cut the tomatillos in half and add to the blender with onion, cilantro, chiles and salt
- Add a little water to help the ingredients blend (about 1/3 of a cup). Blend well and enjoy.
