Recipes Using Cheeses That Melt
Grilled Cheese
Enjoy a classic grilled cheese sandwich with gooey cheese. Layer cheddar cheese between two slices of bread. Butter the outsides of the bread and place in a heated nonstick pan. Flip when the bottom turns golden-brown. Serve when bread is golden-brown on both sides and the cheese has melted.

Cheese Pizza
Pizza is a staple dinner enjoyed by many. Prepare dough and roll out with a rolling pin. Transfer dough to a pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about 1 inch from the edge for the crust. Top generously with mozzarella cheese and other toppings. Bake until crust is cooked and cheese melts.
Cheese Dip
Spice up your average chip dip with your own! Melt butter and flour in a saucepan until mixture simmers. Pour in milk and stir until mixture becomes smooth and thickens. Grate cheddar cheese and pour into mixture. Remove from heat once cheese melts and stir in chopped poblano peppers.
Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Toss diced potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake. Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until potatoes are cooked and the cheese has melted. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top.
Cheesy Quesadillas
Enjoy cheese quesadillas as a snack or as a meal. Spread shredded pepper jack cheese and cheddar cheese over one half of a tortilla. Fold the tortilla over and place in a preheated nonstick skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until cheese is melted.
