In this recipe, Chef Toby shows you how to blueberry lemonade (aguas frescas). Healthy, delicious and refreshing. .
INGREDIENTS
- 8 Cups of water
- 4 Lemons juiced
- 1/2 Cup of sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the sugar and lemon juice in 7 cups of water
- Using blender, puree the blueberries with 1 cup of water
- Strain the blueberry puree using a colander and pour juice into the lemonade. Mix well. Serve with ice
