How To Make Oatmeal Raisin Cookies


DESCRIPTION

In this video cooking lesson, Chef Sydney shows you how to yummy and delicious oatmeal cookies.


TOOLS YOU'LL NEED 

  • Mixer
  • Cookie tray
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Paper plate (optional)

PREP AHEAD

  • Pre-heat oven at 325F
  • Pre-measure ingredients

INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the butter and sugar until well blended.
Mix butter and sugar until combined

Mix the butter and sugar

  • Add the remaining wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla.)
add vanilla and eggs to sugar and butter mixture

Add remaining wet ingredients

  • While this is mixing, use the second bowl to mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix together the dry ingredients

Combine the dry ingredients

  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix. Make sure not to over mix!

  • Make small balls and place 6 on a tray.

Roll out balls and put 6 on a tray

  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
