In this video cooking lesson, Chef Sydney shows you how to make French Toast. 


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
  • 4 Slices of bread (French Bread or Sourdough bread is best)
  • 2 Teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter


  1. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and add vanilla and milk. Beat with a fork.
  2. Add a tablespoon of butter to a non-stick pan and turn stove to medium heat.
  3. Dunk your bread in the mixture and put in pan to fry for a 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. When they are golden brown on both sides they are ready
  5. Serve and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
