In this video cooking lesson, Chef Sydney shows you how to make scrambled eggs with tortilla. 


INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up butter in a non-stick pan
  2. Shred tortillas by hand into bite-size pieces
  3. Add Tortilla pieces to the pan and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Crack 2 eggs into the pan and scramble with a wooden spatula. Add a pinch of salt and cook eggs for about 2 minutes
