  • Wooden spatula

PREP AHEAD

  • Shred Tortillas

  • Heat up butter in a non-stick pan

  • Shred tortillas by hand into bite-size pieces
Shred the tortillas into bite sized pieces

Shred the tortillas into bite sized pieces

  • Add Tortilla pieces to the pan and cook for 2 minutes

Cook shredded tortilla for two minutes

  • Crack 2 eggs into the pan and scramble with a wooden spatula. Add a pinch of salt and cook eggs for about 2 minutes
